FAQ – Do I accept refunds and returns for boots made on this site?

When you place an order for the first 1-2 days, we are usually in the pre-processing stage of the order, and your order status usually shows: Processing… At this point you can cancel the order and get a full refund.

When your order status is: Custom Production… then you cannot cancel the order nor get a refund.

All products on this site are tailor-made and cannot be resold. Therefore, if it is not the quality of the product, we do not support returns.

Note: Some high-end leather materials are very delicate and fragile. Please pay special attention to the care when wearing and the usual maintenance. Later wear and tear is not a problem of quality itself.
